Card Games Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Kruvio Studio handles information when you use CardGames: Call Break & More (the “App”). It supplements the general Kruvio Studio Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
The App can be played without creating an account. It handles limited information needed to provide player profiles, saved game records, multiplayer rooms, advertising and app operation.
2. Information Handled by the App
| Information | Purpose and location |
|---|---|
| Player name, avatar and preferences | Stored locally to display your profile and settings. Your chosen name and avatar are sent to an online room when you use Play with Friends. |
| Gameplay history and statistics | Stored locally to show leaderboards, scores and lifetime statistics. |
| Random app installation identifier | Generated and stored locally to identify a participant in a private multiplayer room and support reconnection. It is sent to Firebase when Play with Friends is used. |
| Multiplayer room information | Room codes, player details, connection status and game state are processed through Google Firebase Realtime Database to operate Play with Friends. |
| Advertising and technical information | Google Mobile Ads may process the Android Advertising ID, device, network, app-interaction, diagnostics and approximate-location information derived from an IP address to deliver, measure and protect advertising. |
3. How We Use Information
- Provide local and online card-game features.
- Create, synchronize and maintain private multiplayer rooms.
- Save preferences, results and statistics on your device.
- Display and measure advertising.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose problems and maintain service security.
4. Service Providers and Sharing
Kruvio Studio does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed with providers that operate features in the App:
- Google Firebase provides Realtime Database infrastructure for Play with Friends.
- Google Mobile Ads provides advertising, measurement and fraud-prevention services.
- Google Play provides app distribution, platform security and related services.
These providers process information under their own terms. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security information.
5. Advertising Choices
The App displays advertising. Depending on your region, settings and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can manage advertising preferences through Android or your Google Account settings. Resetting or deleting your Advertising ID may affect ad personalization and measurement.
6. Retention and Deletion
Profile information, settings and game records stored locally remain until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall it. Multiplayer room information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate rooms, troubleshoot the service and protect against abuse, and may be removed through routine database maintenance.
You may request deletion of multiplayer information associated with you by emailing [email protected]. Include your player name and enough information to identify the relevant room. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required for security, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law for independent consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. International Processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy safeguards and legal obligations may differ by location.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App, its providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or its store listing.
